Went in for a oil change and oil was darker than I expected. Jim explained the problem (bike idling too high) and helped me remedy the situation. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Very affordable. Customer for life.

I contacted Jim to go through my husband's 2000 Dyna Wide Glide as a surprise for Christmas. The bike sat outside for over 10 years and was in pretty rough shape. When traveling from NC to Myrtle Beach I blew a rear tire on my Harley. Jim told me to take my time getting to him he would stay until I got their. Jim was 100% one of the nicest guys and very knowledgeable about my old school 97 EVO heritage softail. He got me up running in a couple hours despite the hundred degree temperatures. Took my 2017 Harley Street Glide to Jim’s after calling Black Jacks Harley about a possible clutch issue. Black Jack wanted me to sign a precheck contract billing me to look at it. per hr, I found Jim on google gave him a call and he diagnosed it for no cost and and determined it was my clutch and repaired it and returned my bike in one day and guaranteed his work. My bike is running perfect. But besides fixing my bike he treated me like family calling me about every detail and things he thought needed done to my bike no cost getting the parts at cost and charging me at cost. Customer service is priceless and I tell you Jim is a great Mechanic and a wonderful person that cares about helping you and not over charging for services rendered very professional and top notch shop. He has my business on all my services for my Harley
